JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These terms of use shall be governed by Spanish law.

In the event of any discrepancy or dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these terms of use, aelēc and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid (Spain).
